– Bei den „AEW“-Tapings am vergangenen Freitag in Orlando, Florida, kam es zu einem Schreckmoment, als ein Match zwischen Slim J und Action Andretti gestoppt werden musste, da sich Zweitgenannter scheinbar eine Verletzung zugezogen hatte. Der Referee hatte das Match abgebrochen und ein Arzt hatte nach Andretti gesehen, bevor der 25-Jährige backstage gebracht wurde. Mittlerweile kann aber Entwarnung gegeben werden. Andretti hat sich keine Verletzung zugezogen. Am Samstag meldete er sich zu Wort und gab an, dass er unverletzt blieb.

So verteidigt IWGP United States Champion Kenny Omega seinen Titel gegen NJPW-Star Jeff Cobb, während The Butcher eine Chance auf die AEW International Championship von Orange Cassidy erhält. Darüber hinaus kommt es zu Matt Hardy vs. „Jungle Boy“ Jack Perry, Willow Nightingale vs. Ruby Soho, Juice Robinson vs. Ricky Starks sowie Dalton Castle & The Boys vs. Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli).
